A subcontractor on this major relief-to-development effort, Chemonics was responsible for institutional development related to the rehabilitation of water supply, wastewater treatment, and electric utilities in designated areas of Kosovo. Chemonics improved local capabilities in utility planning, management, operations and maintenance, financial management, customer service, and human resource development.
