A watershed natural resource management specialist with significant coordination and technical information management experience, Ms. Smith recently developed a series of water technology conferences for U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 1 including creating marketing information and educational curriculum. She has experience converting technical materials for web-site distribution to key stakeholders, including government counterparts. For Henry Wallace Institute National Agricultural Policy Project she helped assess policy, infrastructure, management, and funding change recommendations needed to better support sustainable agriculture. Specifically, she worked to develop a report presenting recommendations for evaluation and action by the National Policy Project team. Ms. Hansen holds a M.S. in Geography/Coastal Resources Mangement from Rutgers and a B.A. in environmental studies from Harvard.
