With six years of experience in conflict resolution, Mr. Jones has both actively participated in the day-to-day operations of an indigenous, grassroots organization in Jerusalem and the West Bank, as well as provided overall headquarters management and backstopping requirements for a locally staffed field office in Iraq. Complemented by experience in community led needs assessments and community impact analyses in a zone of conflict (Gaza Strip) and sound theoretical knowledge acquired during advanced graduate work in peace and conflict resolution studies, Mr. Jones is well positioned to address community development initiatives from a variety of operational perspectives.
