International Programs Consortium Inc. (IPC) is a small, woman-owned business that has provided services to USAID since 1993. IPC has worked on USAID contracts in 30 countries including the following transitional and post-conflict countries: Serbia, Montenegro, Ethiopia, Sudan, Rwanda, Indonesia, East Timor, the Caucuses and throughout Central Asia. IPC is known for providing a unique combination of gender impact analysis, conflict resolution, and IWRM skills to their projects.
