Consortium Past Performance

View all past performance

Agrometeorological forecasting and vulnerability analysis monitors and forecasts available soil moisture, wintering, dangerous weather phenomena and the impact such meteorological variables will have on the expected yield of major crops for different vegetation periods. This data is used to determine market prices, identify populations vulnerable to drought and famine, and assist in response planning networks in the design of emergency programs.
